1. Definition of cookies.

   • Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, time of storage on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
   • The Website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.

2. Purposes of using cookies.

   Cookies are used for:

   • adjusting the content of websites to User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files enable to recognize Service User's device and appropriately display website, adjusted to individual needs;
   • creation of statistics, which help to understand how website Users use websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content;
   • maintaining the session of the User of the service (after logging), thanks to which the User does not have to enter the login and password again on each subpage of the Service;
   • analyzing status of anonymous User by comparing his/her e-mail address/IP address given e.g. while filling in the form with previously used e-mail address of the persons who filled in the form in order to measure effectiveness of advertising (by checking/verifying);
   • the so-called selection of Users in order to determine the target group of recipients, who are most interested in advertisement, visualization of a given investment, apartment, premises;
   • analyzing effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to analyze using other data.

3. Types of cookies

   • There are two main types of cookies used within the Service:

     • "session" (session cookies) and
     • "permanent" (persistent cookies).

     Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored in the final device of the User until logging out, leaving the website or switching off software (web browser).

     "Permanent" cookies are stored in the final device of the User for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
